Mozart Patisserie was established by Mr. Willy Bohmer in 1976 and managed by Mr. Sheng Shen today. Mr. Bohmer and Mr. Shen are both artistic pastry chef and music lovers.

Mr. Shen has worked in Burswood Casino for 15 years and was the Winner of the Year in 1994 among 3000 employees. He also got the Chef World Cup in Singapore and some other international prizes during his chef career.

Under Mr. Shen’s management, Mozart Patisserie has been able to provide over a thousand kinds of cakes to consumers. These cakes could be specifically made for weddings and other functions.
