St Honore

This delicious cake is Mozart Patisserie’s own take on the classic French dessert, the St. Honore cake invented in 1847.

Traditionally the cake is made as a small dessert dish but with over 100 years to improve and a hint of orange liqueur, this vanilla sponge cake has never seen better days.

The St. Honore is filled with fresh cream and custard then decorated with profiteroles also filled with vanilla custard. This cake is not for the fainthearted!
